80th Annual Charter Night

On December 9, 2016 at Rotary's 80th Annual Charter night Bob Jacob was honoured with a Paul Harris Fellow Major Donor donation.  The Club's Board of Directors wanted to formally thank Bob for all of his efforts in selling tickets, selling ads and for his passion for the Rotary Centennial Gardens.  Thank you Bob!

 

 

Rotary Member Keith Montgomery honoured Linda Gillis-Davidson by presenting her with a Paul Harris fellow in recognition of her courage in fighting for all those involved in the recent class action law suit against the RCMP.  Congratulations Linda!

 

 

In honour of the 80th anniversary of the Club, the Club's longest serving member, Bill Towns spoke about the history of the club including a former tradition of the Club known as the Rotary Fair and the annual Boat Draw.
